​Hygiene Measures

Hygiene Measures

The health and safety of exhibitors and visitors are always our top priorities. The organizers of LOHAS Expo and Vegetarian Food Asia, including BEYOND WOMEN FEST, will implement a series of measures during the Expo, including the following:
​
  • All exhibitors and visitors are required to wear masks before entering the Expo area.
  • All visitors are required to scan the “LeaveHomeSafe” QR code at the Expo entrance and present Vaccination Record which fulfills the requirements of "Vaccine Pass" at the show entrance. A valid vaccine pass is required to submit in advance for onsite staff and exhibitors.
  • Temperature check will be arranged at the Expo hall entrance. All passengers with fever or symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection will not be allowed to enter the Expo
  • Visitors will be required to practice social distancing when queuing inside the venue.
  • Space disinfection will be arranged in the Expo hall and at the registration area.
  • PYRAMID disinfectant will be provided in different locations of the venue for hand and environment sanitizing.
  • Eating or drinking, including sample tasting, are not allowed at the Expo area (including booth areas). Visitors cannot consume any food or drinks at the venue, catering service will be provided at designated places in HKCEC.

Special Arrangements for Tropical Cyclone & Black Rainstorm Warning Signals

Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or Above

During Move-in, Move-out

  • The move-in and move-out procedure will continue if situation allows.

Prior to Opening Hours

  • Issued before 9am, the exhibition will remain closed.

  • Cancelled at or before 3pm, the exhibition will re-open to the public two hours after the Warning Signal is cancelled.

  • Exhibitors will be allowed to enter the exhibition hall for preparation 1 hour after the Warning Signal is cancelled if situation allows.

  • The exhibition will remain closed if the Warning Signal is cancelled after 3pm.

During Opening Hours

  • Once the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Pre-No.8 Special Announcement, the exhibition will close in two hours.  Exhibitors and visitors will be requested to leave the exhibition venue as soon as possible.

  • When a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 is issued without a Pre-No.8 Special Announcement, the exhibition will close immediately.  Exhibitors and visitors will be requested to leave the exhibition venue immediately.
